Sclerosis multiplex’i vormid:
millised on sarnasused ja erinevused?
Sclerosis multiplex (SM) ehk hulgiskleroos on kesknärvisüsteemi (KNS) haigus, millest on haaratud peaaju, seljaaju ja nägemisnärvid. Haiguse tekkemehhanism on kõigil patsientidel reeglina ühesugune, kuid haiguse kulg ja sümptomid on inimestel erinevad.
Enamikel SM-iga inimestel tuvastatakse diagnoosimise ajal haiguse ägenemiste ja remissioonidega kulgev vorm (RRMS) või primaarselt progresseeruv vorm (PPMS).
Tutvuge nende kahe haigusvormi sarnasuste ja erinevustega.
